In the building industry, it is common to provide partial payment invoices for jobs that are partially finished. This function is integrated in Ingenious.V12 in the menu item “Projects/Create partial payment invoice”. In the window that appears, you can provide a reduced value or a percentage according to your agreement with the contact.

The values are entered in the order confirmation and an overview of the order value that is still open appears with the next partial payment invoice.
